Visual stitching inspection — stitch-per-inch count, seam alignment, thread ends, and bar-tack reinforcement at handles and stress points

Zipper function test — full open/close cycles, slider glide, auto-lock and TSA-lock operation, pull attachment strength

Handle and strap pull test — load-bearing handles and shoulder straps pulled to the specified weight to confirm secure attachment

Wheel roll and telescopic handle durability — rolling under rated load plus repeated handle extend/retract and lock cycles

Hardware inspection — rivets, buckles, D-rings, feet, and zip fittings checked for corrosion, sharp edges, and secure fastening

Colorfastness and rub (crocking) check — dry and wet rub against the approved Pantone, checking for dye transfer and fading

Dimensional and capacity check — length, width, height, volume (L), and weight verified against the tech pack

Interior inspection — lining, pockets, dividers, glue smears, foreign material, and odor

Closure function — magnetic snaps, buckles, drawstrings, combination and TSA locks operated for correct engagement

Labeling and compliance — care/content labels, country of origin, barcodes, and brand tags verified for accuracy and placement

Packaging and transit check — polybag, dust bag, hangtags, master carton markings, and a drop/transit check on packed cartons
